Vendors

The Anime Syracuse 2010 Festival Vendor’s Room was located in the OnCenter Convention Complex’s East Ballroom which has over 7,000 square feet of space.  The Vendor’s Room is provided:

  • Six-foot tables
  • Two Vendor Badges per table
  • Two Chairs per table

Additional badges are available for $20 each.  Electricity & Wi-fi is not included.  Electrical power drops and other services may be ordered from the OnCenter.

Table rates were $60 per table, paid by check or money order.

Please do not send any payments UNTIL you have received confirmation of table space AND an invoice from Anime Syracuse. Any payments sent without these documents will NOT be accepted.

    Hello,
    I already sent my vendors application in but just notice that I should have emailed you before senting in payment.
    I recieved a flyer about vendors table from someone representing the Syracuse Anime Festival at AniBash in Rochester.

    I’m just checking to see if space is still available and that you recieved my application.

    My company specialize in costumes, wigs and cosplay accessories. I want to be a dealer in your upcoming event. I need 2 or 3 tables with corner. Do you have the dimension of the space. Please confirm the spaces so I can send the check in. Thanks!

    Hi, I am a manga dealer who would like to set up at your convention this year (or the year after if next year is already booked). I sell manga, video games, pocky and ramune and usually bring 9000 manga, which I set up on bookcases. I can bring more/less based on available space. I can send pics of my set up if needed and would appreciate any info that you can give me in regards to the show. Thanks, Matt DeRoma (860) 803-1965
