Anime Syracuse’s Winter “Anime on the Big Screen” mini-convention will take place on February 20th, 2010 from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm at the Palace Theatre.
Screenings will include:

Parodies
AMVs
and this event will also feature:

Vendors
Cosplay
Silent Auction
Gaming
and more activities to come!
Admission: $10.00

Just 1 question… what times are the showing going to be at…cuz i imagnine the PG then tha PG-14 then tha NR (i dont even know what that stands for but o well XD) but i dunno…

Glad you had such a great time and congratulations on you wins at the auction! We’re still working on picking a theme for the Winter “Big Screen” event - since it’s going to be in February it may be some sort of romantic theme. But then maybe not - we’ll post it on the website as soon as we decide!
This looks like it will be the start of a fun two days of anime. I think I’ll try cosplaying as Luxord from Kingdom Hearts 2, just to try it out.
we can’t wait to come back! we met a BUNCH of great folks last time we were there–we hope we get to see them all again! ^_^

At the upcoming con, I’ll be cosplaying a singer.
And I had the awesome idea- Why not sing for everyone there?
HOWEVER
I wanted to ask beforehand because I don’t want to end up disturbing the anime watchers. I’d probably doing it in the front lobby, so… And it won’t be for a long time, plus I’d be taking breaks and such.
Would I be able to sing in the front lobby? I won’t be using a mic or anything, of course XD

Have you decided what’s playing this weekend? Lucky Star episode 2 or higher would be fun to see on big screen. An episode of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann would also be sweet to watch.
